Hi,

Welcome to the Singlefile newsletter - written by wine lovers for wine lovers. It has been a while since we touched base! Read on for an update on the Singlefile Cellar, Gracie and the new plantings in the vineyard.

The Singlefile Cellar - under construction


		Construction of the Singlefile Cellar is well underway and is scheduled to open towards the end of 2010. The Cellar will provide a cosy environment for the tasting of our wines together with a range of other products.

Recent developments in the vineyard


		Our recent review of the vineyard has lead us to reduce our plantings of merlot and shiraz and replace them with riesling and pinot noir which are ideally suited to the Scotsdale Valley terroir.

Gracie - our new puppy blue heeler


		Gracie, our 3 month old blue heeler, has now assumed control at Singlefile!
