2008 Wooded Chardonnay Tasting Notes

100% Chardonnay

Colour:

Light to medium straw yellow.

Aroma:

Delicate aromas of citrus and stonefruit combine with gentle French oak nuances.

Palate:

The palate is restrained, distinctive and elegant and shows great persistency of fruit intensity and fresh lingering acidity that provides a purity of fruit flavor. The finish shows some subtle oak and is crisp and refreshing.

Alcohol:

13.4%

Fined with skim milk and fish products and traces may remain. Contains sulphites. Approx. 7.9 standard drinks.
