20% Sauvignon Blanc

Pale lemon yellow, brilliant clarity.

Aroma:

Highly aromatic wine displaying guava, green beans and herbal notes. Hints of citrus and grassy characters evident.

Palate:

The palate has a refreshing acidity and a zesty, mineral texture. Green beans and citrus characters dominate with complex herbal notes. A well-balanced style with a long, clean and refreshing finish.

Alcohol:

12.6%

Fined with skim milk and fish products and traces may remain. Contains sulphites. Approx. 7.5 standard drinks.
